This site is a tribute to his life and work.
Our Brother Jeff
Our brother Jeff was a wonderful lad
With a great sense of humor and incredible voice
With the warmth of his smile he could turn sad to glad
When he sang it made you want to rejoice
Or perhaps shed a tear. What a voice what a lad.
No words can explain how we feel now he's gone
No one can fill the void that is left
Now there is darkness where his light always shone
There's no more rejoicing, we just feel bereft
And cheated and angry. No more fun, hearts are cleft.
That once glorious voice will please us no more
His warmth and his tenderness also gone away
Our memories of him we will cherish and store
We love him and miss him what more can we say?
We just want him back, like before, not today.
There's no one quite like him there will be no other
For what good they are now, our ears should be deaf.
From this terrible loss we may never recover
No more to sing for us, no more to draw breath
We're so proud to say he's our brother, our Jeff.
Life must go on although not like before
Let's celebrate his life not mourn his death
Let's remember his laughter, his singing and more
Because while we remember him he's not really left
He'll always be with us our brother, Our Jeff
